In most cases, subscriptions for myPortableFinance Standard and Premium are non-refundable, unless legally required.
If you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact email@example.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
To cancel your subscription please login and access myProfile > Advanced Settings
The Customer will not be entitled to a refund if any of myPortableFinance’s Terms, Policies and Agreements have been breached by the Customer.
All other refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of myPortableFinance, in-line with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission's published policies and guidelines. More information can be found at https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers
